Hayley's Donut is a woman-owned brand founded with the belief that eating gluten-free does not have to mean sacrificing flavor or mouthfeel. Using high-quality ingredients in donuts that are safe for those who avoid gluten yet enjoyable enough to delight any palette, Hayley’s Donut creates treats that transcend what people expect from the gluten free experience — and bring a smile to every face.

We have taken great care to source the very best ingredients that not only taste good and are free from wheat, gluten, peanuts & tree-nuts*, soy and sesame, but also come from brands that are aligned with our values and commitment towards responsible business practices and reducing environmental impact. 

Based in Hoboken, New Jersey and after many years of R&D, Hayley's Donut has launched a gluten free cake donut recipe that is so good it's impossible to tell it's made free from wheat and gluten. While we don't yet have our own dedicated kitchen our donuts are now available via pre-order and at various pop-ups in Hoboken and the surrounding areas including Jersey City, Hudson County and the greater metropolitan New York City region.

*while we abstain from using all tree-nuts, we do use coconut from time to time. Coconut is currently named as a tree-nut by the FDA despite it's official classification as a fruit.
